Very nice house immersed in the wonderful landscape ot the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by Olive trees, hills and multicoloured fields...The house is also located only 20 minutes by car from the beautiful Southern Tuscany Beaches...

The interior of this house is full furnished and it has been recently completely restored ..
In the house there are two bedrooms (one double bedroom with Queen Size bed and the other with a sofa bed), a comfortable living room (with Colour Tv, Stereo, a table, a sofa), a full furnished kitchen and two modern and full equipped bathrooms (one on the ground floor and the other at the first floor).
In front of the house you'll find a nice green space (covered by plants) where it's possible to eat or relax...
We think that the price/quality ratio is very interesting in this house. Here you can enjoy the incredible beauty of the Tuscan Countryside and at the same time you can quickly go (20 minutes by car) to the (really very beautiful) beaches of Castiglion della Pescaia, Le Rocchette, Fuori Rotta (and much much more!)....
